By using MegaEye, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
MegaEye is an automated token intelligence platform that scans, filters, and delivers information about token launches on pump.fun. MegaEye does not provide financial advice and does not guarantee any returns or outcomes from acting on the information provided.
All information provided by MegaEye, including token signals, alerts, digests, and analytics, is for informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.
Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk of loss. Token prices are highly volatile. Past performance of any token signalled by MegaEye is not indicative of future results. You may lose all capital invested.
All sales are final. By completing a subscription purchase on MegaEye, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction with the service, failure to use the subscription, technical difficulties on your end, or early cancellation.
Subscriptions are not auto-renewing. MegaEye subscriptions are one-time manual purchases for a fixed access period. Your plan does not renew automatically at the end of the subscription period. You will not be charged again without initiating a new purchase. It is your responsibility to renew manually if you wish to continue access.
Access period. Your subscription grants access to MegaEye services for the stated duration from the date your payment is confirmed on-chain. Access expires at the end of the subscription period. No grace period is guaranteed. Expired accounts lose access to paid features immediately upon expiry.
No partial refunds. No pro-rata or partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining on a subscription, regardless of when you stop using the service.
Cryptocurrency payments. Payments made in USDC, SOL, or $MEGAEYE tokens are processed on-chain and are irreversible by nature. The USD equivalent value is calculated at the time of purchase based on prevailing market rates. MegaEye is not responsible for price fluctuations in any token used for payment.
Chargebacks and disputes. Initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal through any payment processor or financial institution in connection with a MegaEye purchase is a violation of these Terms. MegaEye reserves the right to permanently terminate access for any account associated with a disputed payment and to pursue recovery of the disputed amount.
Service availability. MegaEye makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages do not entitle you to a refund or extension. In cases of extended, verified service outages solely attributable to MegaEye, we may at our sole discretion offer account credit — this is not a right or guarantee.
Pricing changes. MegaEye reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. Changes apply to future purchases only and do not affect the current active subscription period you have already paid for.
$MEGAEYE is a utility token used to access MegaEye services. It is not a security, share, or investment instrument. Holding $MEGAEYE does not confer any rights, ownership, or claims over MegaEye or its revenue beyond the utility described on this platform.
All content, algorithms, scoring systems, and interfaces on MegaEye are the intellectual property of MegaEye. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
MegaEye is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MegaEye and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
MegaEye reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
